AI services for work
that needs to work.
Turn a useful idea into a working process. Art of AI helps teams apply AI to business operations, creative production and technical systems—with PRODAT’s software and engineering expertise where the project needs it.
01 / What we can help you build
Six fields. One practical starting point.
Begin with a task people already do, the information they use and the result they need. These are starting points for an individually scoped project; the examples describe possible applications, not promised outcomes.
Workflow automation & assistants
Connect repetitive steps across documents, inboxes and business tools. Keep approval with the people responsible for the result.
A possible project: turn incoming enquiries into structured records and draft responses for review.
Typical deliverables: process map, working pilot, exception handling and an agreed handover guide.
Documents, reporting & search
Make scattered information easier to retrieve and turn field notes into usable reports. Design around sources, permissions and a reviewable output.
A possible project: a reporting assistant that assembles notes, photographs and approved text into a report draft.
Typical deliverables: source structure, report template or search prototype, and examples for checking accuracy.
Content & visual production
Develop a coherent visual direction and repeatable editorial workflow for websites, product communication and campaigns.
A possible project: an illustrated article series with a consistent art direction, captions and reusable production instructions.
Typical deliverables: creative brief, selected assets, editorial review and documented prompts or workflows.
Custom applications & integration
Bring an AI capability into an existing application, or develop a focused tool around a job standard software does not cover.
A possible project: an internal application that extracts agreed fields from documents and passes reviewed results to your existing system.
Typical deliverables: integration design, implemented interfaces, validation and operating documentation.
Industrial data & technical workflows
Connect measurement, monitoring and software expertise with useful analysis and reporting. PRODAT contributes the relevant engineering capabilities.
A possible project: a dashboard that brings measurements and inspection notes together for an engineer’s assessment.
Typical deliverables: data-flow concept, demonstrator and a validation plan appropriate to the application.
Tool selection & team training
Help a team choose tools, practise on representative tasks and recognise when an output needs correction or escalation.
A possible project: a hands-on workshop comparing local and online tools using the team’s own approved examples.
Typical deliverables: tool shortlist, workshop materials, reusable examples and an adoption checklist.
02 / Ways to start
A clear next step, at the right scale.
You can request a review, a focused pilot or an implementation project. We agree the deliverables, responsibilities and commercial terms before work begins.
Opportunity & workflow review
For teams deciding where AI belongs. We examine the current process, available information, constraints and likely implementation effort.
You leave with: a prioritised shortlist, a suggested first use case and a decision on whether to configure, integrate or build.
A focused pilot
For one well-defined use case. Test a small working version against representative examples and a baseline from the existing process.
You leave with: a demonstrator, recorded findings, known limitations and a recommendation on the next step.
Build, integrate & hand over
For a use case ready for everyday work. Agree the interfaces, review points, access rules, training and operational ownership.
You leave with: the agreed implementation and documentation. Maintenance and further development can be scoped separately.
Each offer is quoted individually. Scope, data preparation, integration, hosting, third-party licences and support requirements determine the price.
Creative application meets engineering
Art of AI
& PRODAT
Art of AI brings together AI applications, content and visual experimentation. Projects can draw on PRODAT Informatik GmbH for software development, integration and engineering expertise.
PRODAT publishes services covering AI integration, custom software, data analysis, embedded applications and IoT. Its AI-assisted reporting application, PRODAT Report, is explicitly presented as a solution in the Art-of-AI business field.
A concrete example: PRODAT Report
PRODAT describes a reporting workflow that combines text, photographs, voice notes and reusable content. It is a useful starting point for discussing documentation in the field, rather than treating every reporting need as a new software project.

03 / From a useful idea to everyday use
Define the result. Test the work.
A convincing demonstration is a beginning. The useful questions come next: does it work on awkward examples, how does someone correct it, and who looks after it once it is in use?
Local, cloud and hybrid approaches can all be considered. The choice follows your data, existing systems, available hardware, operating budget and the people who will maintain it.
Compare tools and deployment approaches in our resource hub →
- Map the job. Identify users, inputs, outputs and the current effort or error rate.
- Agree the boundaries. Specify data access, deployment, human review, success criteria and a route back to the existing process.
- Test representative cases. Include incomplete documents, unusual requests and failure cases. Record quality and effort, including review time.
- Prepare the handover. Establish documentation, training, ownership and the support arrangements included in the proposal.
Before we begin
Do we need to know which AI model or platform to use?
No. Bring the task and the constraints. Tool selection can be part of the review. Sometimes a standard feature or conventional automation is the more useful solution.
Can the solution run on our own infrastructure?
Local or self-hosted deployment can be assessed where suitable tools and hardware are available. We would agree the data flows, model licences, maintenance responsibilities and any external services before choosing the architecture.
Who delivers and supports the project?
Art of AI handles the agreed AI application work, with PRODAT involved where its software or engineering capabilities are required. Your proposal identifies the contracting party, delivery responsibilities, deliverables and support scope.
How do we judge whether a pilot is worthwhile?
Choose a measurable task and a representative set of examples. Compare the existing process with the proposed workflow, including checking and correction. Use the results to decide whether to proceed, revise the scope or stop.
Start with a real task
What would you like
to make easier?
Send a short description of the work, the tools you already use and what a good result would look like. If you have them, add your preferred timeframe and an indicative budget. A process outline is enough for the first enquiry.
